It is the policy of Saint Joseph's College not to release records or information regarding individuals or lists of names of alumni or former students, unless the requesting organization is a College-related activity for institution-approved functions (e.g., Homecoming honor class directory).  Further, no records or information regarding alumni or lists of alumni names including any such information will be released regarding any individual who has requested such information be kept confidential, i.e., has requested "no contact."

Access to information on former classmates or other alumni is not permitted.  However, the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations operates a free alumni locator service.  If a valid address on the alumnus/a in question is available, the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations will contact them notifying them that an alumnus/a is looking to contact them.  The Alumni Office will provide them with your name, how to contact you, and the reason for your inquiry (wedding, party/reunion, other).

 

An additional source to locate fellow alumni is the searchable e-mail directory on the alumni Web site, Connections, in which alumni self-register.  Also on the Web site is a list of "lost alumni."  If you, in fact, "find" a lost alumnus/a, please let us know.
